We are not just a management company, but a commercial and industrial constructor assembled to offer a diverse range of solutions for industrial, institutional, and commercial markets. Our capabilities span the entire project lifecycle, from conceptual design to commissioning. Leveraging the resources of the Group’s cross-functional teams and fabrication facilities, we offer a single source solution for managing multi-trade industrial and commercial construction projects.

ICMAG Group is experienced in all areas of construction including design build installations, mechanical completion and commissioning of industrial facilities, and managing turnarounds and shutdowns. Integrating work scopes for different disciplines allow for safe management of complex, time-sensitive projects, resulting in maximum efficiency and productivity.

Our out of the box thinking approach to every decision we make as our team gives us a leading edge by being able to ability to give an option to offer our clients to finance a project, as we are aligned with a Hedge fund, which in turn allows us give this option to either a site client or larger General contractors to come in to assist on the larger projects that we need help to manage taking the lead and us sub contracting the work from them for certain scopes of work that fit into our abilities. This strategy allows us to align with General Contractors or the client themselves for projects and for large maintenance shutdowns. them and allowing them as well to be able to sell that they also have that option to help get their client them the finance for their project then they do the GC of the project. We offer clients and the General contractors serves as follows: Earth works, Civil concrete, Piles, Electrical instrumentation, High voltage, Fabrication pipe and structural, Sand blast and painting, Engineering of tanks and erection on site, Fabrication of tanks, steel erection, pipe Installation, Manpower solutions, Structural installation, Scaffolding, Insulation, HVAC, rope access, maintenance contracts, and commission work.

Our History

CMAG, an aboriginal company that was a created to give aboriginal communities to be apart of opportunities within their area to better serve the industrial and commercial industries. Jeff Houghton, CEO and founder is a highly networked professional with an outstanding record of leading operations for oil and gas, wood forest product, mining, OSB, commercial and heavy industrial oil construction. Mr. Houghton is highly driven, energetic, focused leader that proactively listens to internal and external clients to comprehensively define goals and risks before developing solutions.
Involved in the ownership and management of 3 large construction contracting companies in the past, Mr. Houghton has used those experiences to create a new company that eliminates all the failures that are happening in the industry today.

ICMAG has since grown to accommodate market demand, offering a full range of services in Construction Management, Plant Maintenance, Module Assembly, Shop fabrication, Site services, security and all site work from engineering Design right through to commissioning.

ICMAG is managed by a team of 100% aboriginal company owners all experienced top level executives that have worked together on some of the industry’s largest and most complex projects with a common drive to achieve, conservative financial practices, and a history of success. With strong industry partnerships in key sectors, we have the ability to execute a wide array of technically complex projects.
